Customer interaction is essential to hospitality work. On a good night, customers are a reason to love your job – but negative experiences can take a massive toll. This module will teach you about acceptable and unacceptable customer behaviours, plus the emotional labour inherent in a hospo job. It will also teach you techniques for gaining resilience and fostering a respectful workplace for all employees.
